Quantikr is a remote first organisation. Our head office and labs are in Dubai, but that is just one of many creative spaces our team use. We fully recognise that many of us are more than capable of managing our own space, schedule and lives and would prefer to work where and when it is optimal for us and our customers.
It doesn't matter if you are in Paris, Rihayd, Dubai, or Dar Es Salaam. Nor if you are 17 or if you are 77. If you believe you have something to offer our team or that we can help you with then we would love to hear from you.

Someone clever once said "If you can measure it, you should", they obviously has a very big hard drive but we mostly agree.
We're looking for you if you would to work with us to source, nurture, teach, train and mentor MENA's leading and most ethical data science team.
We realise this is big ask but we know you're out there in the same way we know the market is crying out for help in all areas data from architecture and governance, through management, design and analysis and optimisation.
We won't waste time with a long winded role specification, we meant what we said above. If that sounds like your kind of Rubik's cube then we would love to talk.

Are you more organised than the average library? Able to juggle chainsaws and turn a hungry tiger into obedient emotional support animal? Ok. Perhaps that's a stretch too far but we are looking for someone to come help support the team, to be the oil that keeps us all ticking along in harmony.
We're really open to ideas here. For now this is a pretty much fully remote role with flexible hours to suit you. You could be a seasoned office manager open to a wider remit or perhaps you come from a slightly different background and /or are currently a stay at home mum or dad? Or a part time student looking for something to keep the lights on?
The biggest things for us is a can do attitude, an ability to prioritise, to execute and to let others know if they are being unreasonable or unrealistic and most importantly an eagerness to learn and grow.
Bookkeeping and Arabic a bonus but by no means a deal breaker.

We're not entirely convinced about that one but we do 100% subscribe to the belief that diverse teams with different experiences and mindsets generally lead to creative solutions, added to which everyone has to start somewhere, right?
We'd be honoured if you'd like to come and join us for a little bit. To share some of your creative juices and hopefully to learn a little about what we and our clients do alonge the way.
If you drop us a note go easy on the platitudes, we're way more interested in who you are, what your passions are and what you want to learn or explore. If you're a sneaker head with an encyclopedic knowledge of why Nike trumps Adidas, let us know. Equally if your idea of a cosy night in is optimising a beautiful algorithm in Go to parse some esoteric data set and record breaking speeds - flaunt it!
If we have one preference it would be for those that are fluent bilingual English / Arabic but that would be the icing on the cake and totally optional.
